New Format

Since, apparently, I'm incredibly behind on Daily Round Ups and Job Postings, I'll change daily round-ups to weekly round-ups. Sad, but true in this time of transition between me trying to juggle a billion things at once. Look out for the Weekly Round-Up sometime before the weekend.
